Chief of Staff at Tau Investments & Viva Voce, a Portfolio Company

As a first employee Eli has built Viva Voce, an inclusive community and retail marketplace, from an idea to reality.

​

Eli's grown and managed the team to 24 operating on behalf of Tau Investments, a venture and advisory firm in the global apparel supply chain, into Viva Voce a portfolio company, serving as Chief of Staff.

 

He has executed pop ups in Atlanta and New York featuring over 22 different brand partners, & led tech development to build a platform combing 6 different integrations for a all encompassing community marketplace.​

​

Starting Viva Voce before its name established, Eli built the companies internal comms, shared drives, org structures, implemented the brand playback and launched Viva Voce's social media channels.

Chief of Staff at Samsung

Executed two annual contracts for Samsung's CMO. During his tenure, Eli managed an internal team of 48 and an interagency team of 80+ with a $62 Million budget. Led major creative marketing projects, including Black Friday, Super Bowl, and March Madness campaigns to maintain #1 market share for Samsung Home Entertainment division. He has streamlined cross-departmental communication, led priority project task forces, and delivered on management’s key objectives, resulting in bottom-line growth.

Chief of Staff at 5WPR

5WPR is a 300 person NYC based public relations firm with hundreds of clients spread across, Beauty, CPG, Lifestyle, Corp Tech, B2B, Wellness, CET and Digital. 5WPR grosses 80M annually & has grown at ~20% YOY.

As Chief of Staff, Eli set and led agendas for C-suite and board meetings, executing follow-up action items as a force multiplier. He spearheaded special projects for the Chairman, including managing the acquisition and sell process and the creation of an executive office to host congressmen and leadership events. Eli also collaborated with department heads to identify pain points and implemented solutions, such as addressing overservicing, making strategic hires and terminations, setting OKRs, and establishing long-term goals to drive efficiency and profitability.

CEO/COO Zash's Entertainment Division - Nasdaq:(BBIG)

Zash acquired Lomotif, a short form video app with over 25 million downloads, a main rival to Tik Tok. Eli started and built Zash's entertainment division driving user growth in the U.S through talent partnerships.

 

Eli and team successfully conceptualized and implemented A List Talent Activations that included, Lil Nas X and Kid Laroi, for major music partners at events and shows including Electric Daisy Carnival & the Dandelion festival. Eli brought new creators and artists into the Zash ecosystem & captured content from community events that generated millions of impressions. Eli also sourced and negotiated brand partnership deals on behalf of Zash for the Lomotif platform.

A&R & Data Analyst at 12Tone

Eli was the first A&R hire because of his data research, artist management, and analytical skills. Eli helped grow 12Tone from inception through its exit sale to Warner Music: four years, 16 billions streams, six Grammys, & 35 staff later. 

​

Eli signed several artists to 12Tone & project managed releases that generated millions of streams. He also developed 12Tone’s roster that included Anderson .Paak, Dolly Parton, Illenium, Joji, 88rising collective, Lauren Daigle. Additionally he compiled & analyzed radio, market, & sales reports recommending where to place label resources.

 Eli also founded 12Tone’s website and social media pages, and created/uploaded content to grow brand awareness.

Touring, Marketing, Artist Manager at Tha Lights Global

Eli successfully ran a national tour for an A-list artist, Lil Pump for three thousand person venues. Eli also rolled out social media marketing campaigns that partnered influencers & brands with TLG artists. This resulted in Lil Pump’s 5x Platinum record “Gucci Gang”,  significant social media growth, and brand deals. Tour responsibilities included: booking hotels, managing product sales, hiring road teams and assisting the tour manager while running day to day operations of shows.
